Construction began April 1991. Property opened for year‐round business in May 1993. Approximate cost was $21 million. Extensive renovations were completed in 2001, which added 125 new guest rooms, new dining and meeting facilities, and an expanded bar area. Today there are a total 325 Rooms and three exceptional Dining Facilities:

The Edgewater - overlooking the Chena River,  features a great selection of burgers, sandwiches salads, and your favorite cocktails. Or come by for breakfast!

Trackers Restaurant - Offers a tantalizing menu featuring Alaskan Seafood, steaks, great appetizers or a breakfast buffet.

An Espresso Bar- Offers specialty coffees, pastries and snacks.
