You will find that nearly all of our itineraries feature diverse elements of natural history, this is a primary component of our travel philosophy. Our trips are designed to highlight various aspects of a regions ecosystem from pristine tropical rain forests to massive tidewater glaciers we explore and interpret the world’s premier parks, reserves and wilderness. We utilize adventure activities like hiking, bicycling or sea kayaking to access wild lands in a unique and exciting way while maintaining focus on the ecosystems around us. Our accommodations are always in close proximity to the environments we are exploring. Our naturalist guides are trained professionals with extensive experience and local knowledge to illustrate the complex relationships and science behind the beauty of the area. Because conservation and eco-tourism are integral to our mission, we believe it is important to properly interpret a regions natural history. Knowledge of an areas natural history leads to appreciation and understating a regions’ value, which can ultimately lead to conservation and preservation.
