Arrival & DepartureThe Belize Island Adventure begins and ends in Belize City. Please plan flights to arrive any time on day 1 and depart in the afternoon on the final day of the outlined itinerary from Belize City International Airport. Included transfers to the island are Wednesdays or Saturdays only. If traveling on non-specified transfer day, a private charter must be arranged. The transfer boat departs Belize City between 3:00pm & 4:00pm. Flights or transfers must arrive Belize City by 2:00pm in the winter months. Departure from the island is approximately 8:00am.
ActivitiesThe prices listed on this trip are for the standard snorkel package, which includes 2 guided snorkeling trips per day, except arrival and departure days. Other packages are available at added costs: Dive package including 3 dives per day; Dive/Snorkel package including 4 days of diving and 2 days of snorkeling; and Kayak package including 2 guided sea kayaking trips per day. Days included exclude arrival/departure days. Equipment not specified as included is available for rent. Trips to Belize's famous Blue Hole are available on Tuesdays (weather permitting, minimum of 6 guests) for $200 per person, and require an additional $40 per person National Park entrance fee. Payment & CancellationIn order to confirm this trip, a deposit of $400 is required at the time of booking. A Reservation Form, which includes a release of liability, must be completed and signed by all travelers. The balance of the trip price is due 60 days before the departure date. Guests who must cancel their trip for any reason must do so in writing. Cancellations are subject to the following per-person fees, based on number of days prior to departure:
90+ days prior - $100 cancellation fee
89-60 days prior - lose original deposit
59-31 days prior - 50% of total trip fee
30 or less days prior - No refund, no credit
