4 days Santa Cruz Galapagos Cruises
The Santa Cruz is a 90-passenger small expedition ship designed and built exclusively for Galapagos cruises. A Galapagos cruise aboard the Santa Cruz includes first-class amenities, daily naturalist-led hikes and panga rides, snorkeling and a glass-bottom boat. A wide variety of cabins, ample space on four decks and a “young pirates” program make the Santa Cruz a great option for fam ily travel to the Galapagos.

A cruise aboard the Santa Cruz is as active as you want it to be, with several levels of excursions offered each day and a highly organized crew to keep all passengers on board engaged and enjoying the Galapagos Islands to the fullest. And 90 passengers on board means a fun atmosphere where you meet fellow travelers from all over the world.

The Santa Cruz operates three Galapagos cruise itineraries (two 5-day cruises and one 6-day cruise), which can be combined in various ways to create longer 9-, 10- or 15-day cruises. View the itinerary tab for more details.

Trip Reviews

Overall Trip Review

Always wanted to go to these places and it was our 40th anniversary! I am just so impressed with how much work you all put in to making these trips special. I was so used to doing it myself on line, etc. but now I won't. We could not have been happier! In Galapagos we loved everything about our ship the Santa Cruz and will recommend it to others!

Accommodations Review

Guayaquil is a good stop over place and the hotel we stayed at was nice...Oro Verde - but I don't think I would spend more than one night there. All of our hotels were excellent. I would suggest staying two nights at least in Quito because you need a rest day.

Meals Review

The meals on board the Santa Cruz, our Galapagos ship, were especially good. Everything was so fresh with healthy options.

Crew & Guides Review

The whole experience on the Santa Cruz was amazing. Dennis our naturalist was fabulous and the crew was so much fun and helpful. On the ship we were with a great group and enjoyed everyone.

Transportation Review

Everyone was always on time - if not early. We are spoiled forever with boarding passes etc all done for us!

AdventureSmith Explorations Review

Aaron's planning was so good. All of my questions and concerns were answered so efficiently and in a timely manner. He did the best job. I have and will keep recommending him to others taking trips and will be back for our next adventure.

Traveler Advice

Just to make sure you have a few nights at least in the major cities so you are not always just flying in and out...we needed some "down" time but did find it on the Santa Cruz where all of our luggage was in one place for a while!
