It was great to just go to the store with the packing checklist you sent. Everywhere we went there were messages waiting for us to let us know when people were coming to get us. Everything went smoothly and there were not mishaps or stresses. We loved Lapa Rios, everything about it was great. The service and food were excellent and there were so many activities to pick from. We also loved they honeymoon suite at Finca Rosa Blanca in San Jose, it was beautiful. Costa Rican food is very vegetarian friendly! I wish American cuisine was as healthy and good for you. The guides were excellent, awesome, friendly and fun to be with. We wanted a honeymoon that would be beautiful and relaxing but with the option of more active things to do than just beach stuff. Monkeys, sloths, toucans and Macaws the rainforest guides were the best. We especially liked kayaking and snorkeling in secluded coves, away from everything. The food was excellent and our cabin was surprisingly comfortable. I'm glad we had air conditioning. AdventureSmith put together an outstanding land package to compliment our cruise. "A magnificent trip! I never dreamed a trip like this was possible. Each and every destination was wonderful, which includes Tortuguero, Cocovado, and Arenal. The highlight was the sight of a 14ft. crocodile attacking and eating a 7ft. iguana. Our lodging was excellent; every room was comfortable and clean. I was impressed by how clean the facilities were at every destination. The food was fantastic. AdventureSmith and Andrew browning are professional and experienced world travelers.
