The Tropical Volcano & Cloud Forest Trip extension begins in San Jose, Costa Rica and ends in Herradura for embarkation of an adventure cruise, or reverse; it is possible to end in San Jose, as well. We highly recommend arriving one day prior to your trip start date in case of any flight delay, cancellation or lost luggage issues. Plan flights to arrive in San Jose, Costa Rica, at the Juan Santamaria International Airport (SJO) anytime on day 1 of the outlined itinerary.
